Common use of Part Time Hourly Employee Clause in Contracts

Part Time Hourly Employee. One who is hired to fill a part-time hourly position and normally works 20 hours or less per week. Such employees are paid only for the actual hours worked and are not eligible for any other benefits of employment. Part- time hourly employees are not covered by this Agreement.
