Common use of Part-Time Promoted to Full-Time Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Promoted to Full-Time. Part-time employees promoted to full-time shall be credited with the number of hours accumulated during the employee's continuous service with the Employer as a part-time employee (full increments of 2000 hours to be the equivalent of one (1) year). The credited years of service in conjunction with their full-time service shall be used to determine full-time vacation entitlement.
