PART-TIME & TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES. The Employer may hire part-time temporary employees, also referred to as substitutes, under the following conditions: 1. The position is anticipated to last no longer than ninety (90) calendar days. 2. The position is posted and filled after ninety (90) calendar days according to the conditions agreed to in the contract. 3. The position does not reduce the job of any bargaining unit member. 4.
