Participant Contribution. The Participant shall pay to ETSI a fee to attend each meeting of the ISG set forth in Annex 3 hereof, which may be invoiced by ETSI up to one (1) month prior to the occurrence of each meeting of the ISG which the Participant is scheduled to attend, and which shall be payable within 30 days of the receipt of the invoice to the Participant. The Participant agrees that such fee may be modified by a decision of the members of the ISG (for the purpose of this ISG Participant Agreement, the term “member” used in relation to the ISG shall not include Observers, Counsellors or any participants in the ISG who are neither full or associate members of ETSI nor applicants to full or associate ETSI membership authorized to participate in the work of the ISG by the Director-General). Such decision shall be taken pursuant to the general decision making process set forth under Article 5.2 of this ISG Participant Agreement and notified by the Chairman of the ISG to ETSI and the Participant and become effective as from the date of its receipt by the Participant.
Participant Contribution. With regard to any Subscriber making a Participant Contribution to the MARIS Service, Firm Participant warrants that the information submitted complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations and the MARIS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission;
Participant Contribution. The Participant shall pay to ETSI a per-meeting attendance fee amounting to €100 per person per day of meeting, excluding taxes. Advance payment for any number of delegates for all meetings in a calendar year may be made at a cost of €2000 per calendar year, excluding taxes. The following decision making process is applied to this ISG, instead of the process described in the ETSI Technical Working Procedures clause 1.7:

With regard to any Subscriber making a Participant Contribution to the RMLS Service, Firm Participant warrants that the information submitted complies with the RMLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission; (c) permitted and required listing types; and
Participant Contribution. The Participant shall pay to ETSI a per-meeting attendance fee amounting to 700.- euros, excluding taxes. The decision making procedures as detailed in clause 1.7 of the ETSI Technical Working Procedures shall be used, with the following modifications:
Participant Contribution. When making a Participant Contribution to the TMLS Service, Participant warrants that the information submitted complies with the TMLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission;
Participant Contribution. All data that the Subscribers submit, contribute, or input in the IRMLS System, including text, photographs, images, and other materials, in any form now known or hereafter discovered, except the PCC. Saved Information: Information that Subscribers store in the IRMLS System for their own later use that is not intended by them to be available to Other Participants and Subscribers, including client prospect and contact information.
Participant Contribution. With regard to any Subscriber making a Participant Contribution to the Unlock MLS Service, Firm Participant warrants that the information submitted complies with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations and the Unlock MLS Policies in all respects, including with regard to (a) required data fields; (b) format of submission; (c) permitted and required listing types; and (d) procedures for submission. Firm Participant warrants that the Participant Contribution does not infringe or violate any patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third party; and that there is no claim, litigation or proceeding pending or threatened with respect to the Participant Contribution.
Participant Contribution. All data that the Subscribers submit, contribute, or input in the MRED System, including text, photographs, images, and other materials, in any form now known or hereafter discovered. Reseller: The REALTOR® Association or other organization through which Subscriber receives the MRED Service. Saved Information: Information that Subscribers store in the MRED System for their own later use that is not intended by them to be available to Other Participants and Subscribers, including client prospect and contact information. Subscribers: Firm Participant’s employees, broker associates, appraisers, and assistants (whether licensed or unlicensed as real estate brokers or appraisers).
