Partner Appointment. 1.1 XebiaLabs hereby appoints Partner as non-exclusive reseller of term licenses for XebiaLabs’ commercially available software products as specified on XebiaLabs’ website (the “Software”) in combination with support & maintenance services (together, “Subscription”) to (potential) end user customers of XebiaLabs’ Subscriptions (each an “End Customer”). Partner shall register each potential End Customer via XebiaLabs’ partner portal (xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/English/).
Partner Appointment. Salsa Labs hereby appoints you as a non- exclusive, independent Developer and Salsa Market Partner.

Partner Appointment. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Partner Handbook, and any Addendum, and upon Partner’s enrollment through the Partner Portal, DigiCert hereby appoints Partner as a non-exclusive partner. As such, Partner may promote, market, and resell Services to end user customers (each such customer to whom Partner promotes or resells Services, a “Partner Customer”) in the Territory that agree to the End User Terms. Except in the case of sub-resellers, as authorized by this Agreement or in an Addendum, Partner Customers may not resell Services. Partner acknowledges that Partner’s compliance with this Agreement, the Partner Handbook, and any applicable Addendum is required for Partner’s access and participation in the Partner Program, to keep and maintain any designation as a Specific Partner, and to receive benefits associated with Partner’s designation and any tier. Partner acknowledges that except as expressly stated otherwise, any incentives or other benefits provided by DigiCert under the Partner Program are provided to Partner and not to any of Partner’s individual employees, agents, or subcontractors. Partner further acknowledges that in connection with purchasing or providing the Services or otherwise participating in the Partner Program, it has had an opportunity to review and accepts and agrees to the applicable terms of the Partner Handbook.

Partner further acknowledges that in connection with purchasing or providing the Services or otherwise participating in the Partner Program, it has had an opportunity to review and accepts and agrees to the applicable terms of the Partner Handbook. パートナー指名．「本契約」、「パートナーハンドブック」、及び「補足契約書」の条件に従い、かつ、「パー トナーポータル」を通じた「パートナー」の登録により、「デジサート」は、本書をもって、「パートナー」を 非独占的なパートナーに指名します。非独占的なパートナーとして、「パートナー」は、「エンドユーザー規約」に合意した「販売地域」内のエンドユーザー顧客（「パートナー」が「本サービス」を売り込み又は再販売する 各当該顧客を、以下「パートナー顧客」といいます）に対し、「本サービス」を販売促進、マーケティング、及 び再販売できるものとします。「本契約」又は「補足契約書」により許可される二次リセラーの場合を除き、 「パートナー顧客」は「本サービス」を再販売できないものとします。「パートナー」は、「パートナー」が 「パートナープログラム」へアクセスし及び参加し、「特定パートナー」としてのあらゆる指定を維持し、及び 「パートナー」の指定及びいずれか等級に関連付けられた特典を受けるためには、「本契約」、「パートナーハ ンドブック」、及びあらゆる適用される「補足契約書」を遵守しなければならないことを確認します。「パート ナー」は、明示的に別段の定めのある場合を除き、「パートナープログラム」に基づき「デジサート」が提供す る報奨又はその他の特典は「パートナー」に対し提供するもので、「パートナー」の個々の従業員、代理人、又 は再委託業者のいずれの者に対するものではないことを確認します。「パートナー」は、さらに、「本サービス」の購入又は提供その他「パートナープログラム」への参加に関する「パートナーハンドブック」の適用条件を確 認する機会を有していること、及び当該条件を承諾し、これに同意することを確認します。
