Partners Services. USD 3,200 per month for Partners Services plus any out of pocket expenses for licenses, equipment, hardware, IT infrastructure additions to support additional hardware at Recipient, transportation of hardware to Recipient sites, and travel-related costs (if required for Provider personnel to travel) if not already paid for directly by Recipient.

Partner will Provide the services salon, spa, health & wellness centers using the System and in compliance with Standards in such a manner as to provide courteous, uniform, respectable, and high-quality services and conveniences to the customer. The Partner will maintain a high moral and ethical standard and atmosphere during the service. The Partner will comply with all of the terms of this Agreement and will:
(a) honor all credit cards specified in the Standards;
(b) except as otherwise set forth herein, make when due all payments in accordance with the terms of all contracts, agreements, and invoices, except for payments that are disputed by The Partner in good faith;
(c) offering services from or through the salon, spa, health and wellness centers that have not been previously authorized by The Linkart; and if Linkart makes available for Partner’s use certain of Linkart’s trademarked, Partner will prepare such trademarked items strictly in accordance with the specifications, recipes, and formulas supplied by Linkart (Partner’s right to use such trademarked may be revoked by Linkart at any time).
