Partnership Records. The Managing General Partner shall amend Exhibit A to the Agreement from --------- time to time to the extent necessary to reflect accurately the grant and any subsequent redemption of, or other event having an effect on the ownership of, Series B Partnership Preferred Units.
Partnership RecordsRecords of the Partnership or its Affiliates regarding your period of service, termination of service and the reason(s) therefor, leaves of absence, re-employment, and other matters shall be conclusive for all purposes hereunder, unless determined by the Partnership to be incorrect.

Partnership RecordsThe Partnership’s books and records shall be kept at the Partnership’s office where they shall be available for reasonable inspection or examination by the Partners or their duly authorized representatives during normal business hours.
