Business and Activities. All Association business activities will be conducted by members of the bargaining unit or CSEA and its Chapter #891 officials outside established working hours and may be conducted on District property. The exceptions are for grievance processing and representation of the membership by CSEA and its Chapter #891 officials when requested by a member in cases of disciplinary meetings or investigations. For purposes of this Article, “working hours” do not include an employee’s lunch time and break time.
