Partnership Review. 1. The Participating Insurer shall notify the Partnership within ten (10) business days of the denial of a BAR. Notification shall be made via New York State Partnership for Long Term Care Form Number 020.
Partnership Review. As noted in section 2, the development of the Agreement to date has provided the opportunity for the Community Planning Partners to review the way in which the partnership operates. In particular with seven of the 15 local outcomes to be subject to further partnership review, this will involve agreeing a programme of work with partners, to be underway by June 2009, to review: • joint working arrangements (leadership and management); • the joint objectives and scale of improvement to be achieved; • the impact on equalities groups; • the extent of aligned or pooled resources; • the method of delivery; • the performance framework (not simply adopting current indicators); • the best approach to stakeholder and community involvement; • the operational arrangements across the Highland geography.

  • Peer Review Dental Group, after consultation with the Joint ----------- Operations Committee, shall implement, regularly review, modify as necessary or appropriate and obtain the commitment of Providers to actively participate in peer review procedures for Providers. Dental Group shall assist Manager in the production of periodic reports describing the results of such procedures. Dental Group shall provide Manager with prompt notice of any information that raises a reasonable risk to the health and safety of Group Patients or Beneficiaries. In any event, after consultation with the Joint Operations Committee, Dental Group shall take such action as may be reasonably warranted under the facts and circumstances.

  • EMPLOYEE-MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE 33.01 (a) An Employee-Management Advisory Committee (EMAC) shall be established within three (3) months of the signing of the Collective Agreement. The Union Representative shall provide the names of up to three (3) elected Employees and the Employer shall provide the names of up to three (3) appointed representatives to sit on the EMAC.
