HARCOURTS will provide XXXXXXXXXX.XXX with all information requested by it to facilitate the issuance by XXXXXXXXXX.XXX of passwords for access to the Site to those individuals who are authorized by HARCOURTS to use the HARCOURTS Intranet as of the Effective Date.
