Past Participation Levels. The Consultant shall list all Subcontractor and Supplier past participation levels on each project (preferably in the City or County of San Diego) in response to Section 6.2.3 of the RFP by using the Past Participation List (Attachment DD). Include the name of project, type of project, value of project, Subcontractor and Supplier firm name, Subcontract amount and identification of the firm’s ownership as a certified Minority Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE), Other Business Enterprise (OBE), Emerging Local Business Enterprise (ELBE) or Small Local Business Enterprise (SLBE). To receive credit for past participation levels by certified firms, Consultant shall provide copies of all listed consultant’s certifications with the Proposal.

If the proposer has not participated in any City of San Diego projects within the past three (3) years, subconsultant participation levels achieved on private projects should be submitted. Include name of project, type of project, value of project, subconsultant firm’s name, percentage of subconsultant firm’s participation, and identification of subconsultant firm’s ownership as a certified Small Business, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise, or Other Business Enterprise.

  • Maximum Accrual Vacation credit may be accumulated to a maximum that can be earned in four (4) years. Further accumulation will not continue when the maximum is reached.   • Applicable Percentage Except as provided otherwise in the next sentence, the term "Applicable Percentage" shall mean: (i) 0% during the one-year period commencing on the Closing Date (ii) 20% during the one-year period commencing on the first anniversary of the Closing Date; (iii) 40% during the one-year period commencing on the second anniversary of the Closing Date; (iv) 60% during the one-year period commencing on the third anniversary of the Closing Date; (v) 80% during the one-year period commencing on the fourth anniversary of the Closing Date; and (vi) 100% on and after the fifth anniversary of the Closing Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (A) immediately prior to and after the occurrence of a Sale of the Company, such Applicable Percentage shall mean 100%, and (B) in the case of a termination of employment described in Section 7.2(a)(iii)(B), such Applicable Percentage in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) shall be 0%, and in clauses (iv) and (v) and (vi) shall be 40%, 75% and 100%, respectively.
