SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. The Subcontract Amount to be paid by the Contractor to the Subcontractor is for the satisfactory performance and completion of the Subcontractor's Work, as described in Schedule A and all the duties, obligations and responsibilities of the Subcontractor under this Subcontract is identified above, subject to additions and deductions by written Extra Order, and includes all applicable taxes.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. To pay for Subcontracted services and expenses according to the conditions of Attachment I up to a maximum amount not to exceed $52,079.53 for Children’s Advocacy Subcontracted Services and expenses up to a maximum amount not to exceed $11,111.11 for Child Protection Team Subcontracted Services, subject to the availability of funds. The Network and State of Florida's performance and obligation to pay under this subcontract is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature. The costs of services and expenses paid under any other contract or from any other source are not eligible for reimbursement under this subcontract.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. As full compensation for satisfactory performance of this Agreement, which includes the Subcontract Work in each respective Subcontract, Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor the amount set forth in the Subcontract (“Subcontract Amount”).

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. As full compensation for performance of this Agreement, the Constructor agrees to pay the Subcontractor in current funds for the satisfactory performance of the Subcontract Work subject to all applicable provisions of this Agreement: a. the fixed-price of DOLLARS, ($0.00) subject to additions and deductions as provided for in the Subcontract Documents; or b. alternates and unit prices in accordance with the attached schedule of alternates and unit prices and estimated quantities, which is incorporated by reference and identified as Attachment #1; or c. time and material rates and prices in accordance with the attached Schedule of Labor and Material Costs which is incorporated by reference and identified as Attachment #1. The fixed-price, unit prices or time and material rates and prices are referred to as the Subcontract Amount.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. The Contractor agrees to pay the Subcontractor for the performance of its work hereunder the following sum or sums, which shall unless otherwise specified, include all taxes, insurance premiums, charges for permits and all other fees and charges, and shall be firm and binding on the Subcontractor for the work and not conditioned upon a firm completion date or on any labor increases or material escalation costs which might occur during the course of construction: Percentage fees for overhead and profit for extra work, subject to the provisions of Article 6 hereof, shall be: 10% for work performed by Subcontractor’s own forces and 5% for work performed by its subcontractors and suppliers. Sub- subcontractor shall likewise be entitled to 10% for work performed by their own forces and 5% for work performed by their subcontractors and suppliers. No fee will be allowed on overtime premiums. Such percentages include all office overhead and supervision above the xxxxxxx level.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. 5.1 SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. Contractor agrees to pay Subcontractor for satisfactory and timely performance and completion of Subcontract Work: As per Work Order. Retainage shall be Five percent ( 5 %), which is equal to the percentage retained from Contractor’s payment by Owner for Subcontract Work. Any work performed by Subcontractor on a rental basis (labor and equipment charged per unit time) shall not be subject to payment to Contractor by Owner or to any “holdbacks” or retention.

SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. The Council agrees to pay Provider for completion of the deliverables as specified in Attachment I, in an amount not to exceed $15,351.00 subject to the availability of funds.
