Pay for Holiday Worked for 12 hour Shifts. 5.1 Employees working on a holiday will be paid one and one-half (1-1/2) times the regular rate of pay for hours worked during a 12 hour shift; two (2) times the regular rate of pay for any hours worked in excess of the employee’s 12 hour shift; and holiday pay at straight time for the 12 hour shift.
