Common use of Pay for Holidays Clause in Contracts

Pay for Holidays. Employees will receive straight time pay for all their scheduled holiday hours whether worked or not. Employees will also receive time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked on a holiday, including applicable shift differential. 11.2.1.
