Pay for Holidays. Employees will receive straight time pay for all their scheduled holiday hours whether worked or not. Employees will also receive time and one-half (1 1/2) for all hours worked on a holiday, including applicable shift differential. 11.2.1. An employee whose last scheduled workday on a forty-eight (48) hour work week falls on a holiday will be permitted to code all overtime hours in excess of forty (40), that are actually worked on the holiday, on the last scheduled work day prior to the holiday.
