Common use of Pay for Time Worked on General Holiday Clause in Contracts

Pay for Time Worked on General Holiday. An employee who works on a general holiday shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1½) times their regular rate of pay for all time worked in addition to the general holiday pay.
