Common use of Pay Practices Clause in Contracts

Pay Practices. The Board will recommend to the Comptroller of the City of New York that he/she itemize more fully employee paychecks and that he/she provide accompanying explanations when lump sum payments are made. In the event that any payment is not paid on the date due under the Municipal Coalition Agreement, such payment when made shall be paid retroactive to such date due.
