Fee Adjustments The fixed fees and other fees expressed as stated dollar amounts in this Schedule C and in this Agreement are subject to annual increases, commencing on the one-year anniversary date of the date of this Agreement, in an amount equal to the percentage increase in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Consumer Price Index entitled “All Services Less Rent of Shelter,” or a similar index should such index no longer be published, since such one-year anniversary or since the date of the last fee increase, as applicable. Annual Increases On each anniversary of Employee's termination from employment, any remaining amounts to be paid during the next year pursuant to this Paragraph 9 shall be increased to an amount equal to one hundred ten percent (110%) of the amounts required to be paid by Employer hereunder under the provisions of this Paragraph 9 during the preceding year.
General Increases Effective the first full pay period of July 2019, or in the in the first full pay period following adoption of the Agreement, whichever is later, the rate of pay for all job classes and employees shall be increased by three percent (3%). Effective the first full pay period of July 2020, the rate of pay for all classes and employees shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%).
Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.
SALARY STEP INCREASES a. Increases to steps above the entry step shall be based on performance and length of service. The employee must have earned the equivalent of at least twenty-six
Wage Adjustments If the funding available to be used for wages provided by Government in any fiscal year increases, the Employer shall pass on such increases to employees consistent with the funding increase adjusted for any additional deficits that this contract incurs. This will be the case whether the funding increase is for the entire year or simply a portion of it, and wage increases shall be effective upon the effective date of the increased funding. Should there be no increase provided by Government, wages will be maintained at their present levels. Should there be a decrease in funding, then the Employer will maintain wages at present levels. The Employer will promptly provide the Union with any information it receives from the Government regarding funding available for wages, and the parties will meet as required to work towards cooperative resolution of any issues arising from this Government information.
Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.
Annual Increments (a) For regular full-time Employees, a one-step increase within the salary range shall become effective as of the first day of April or the first day of October as the case may be. Where the anniversary date of an initial appointment falls between January 1 and June 30, the date of the increment increase will be April 1, and where between July 1 and December 31, the date of the increment increase will be October 1.
C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.
Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.
