Pay Ranges. (a) The pay rate ranges and any annual increases to pay rate ranges covered by this Agreement are set out in Schedule 1 and take effect and are payable from the dates set out in Schedule 1.

E. Effective the pay period that includes September 1, 2018, 2019, and 2020, members will be compensated according to the corresponding pay ranges above and may receive a market based adjustment based on the member’s relative proximity to the midpoint of the new range. No member’s base hourly rate of pay will be below the new minimum of their pay range. No member’s base hourly rate of pay will be reduced as a result of these market adjustments. No member will receive a market increase above the maximum of the member’s pay range listed above.
Pay Ranges. A schedule of pay grades with pay rates and ranges, six salary steps enumerated 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, and hourly rate equivalents (based on 173.333 hours per month) has been established by resolution adopted by the Council. The classes covered by this MOU have been assigned by Council resolution to appropriate pay grades. The pay rate, pay range and salary steps for each pay grade establishes the basic compensation for each class assigned to each pay grade. The classes are listed alphabetically by class title in a salary schedule indicating pay range, salary steps, or other rates of pay, and the assigned overtime group for each class as designated by the Council.
Pay Ranges. The parties agree that the classification titles shall be compensated 10 at the pay ranges and steps as shown in Addendum D.

Pay Ranges. Salary and wage rates for each classification in the bargaining unit are set 20 forth in the Wage Addendum A. If the County increases wage rates for Juvenile Probation 21 Counselors or Juvenile Probation Counselor – Leads, or Administrative Support Specialist III in 22 Superior Court, the County and Union agree to reopen negotiations on classification wages in this 23 bargaining unit.
Pay Ranges. The following pay ranges shall be adopted to be effective. Pay raises 11 will become effective, except for 2019, with the pay period including January 1, after the 12 effective date. The rates are straight time hourly rates.
Pay Ranges. The pay ranges for each of the respective ranks will be as follows: Officer: $38,800 - $54,500 Corporal: $39,500 - $62,000 Sergeant: $40,000 - $72,000 23.5 2015-2016 FAU BOT Salary Increase.
A. The Board of Trustees has committed a pool of funds to provide eligible bargaining unit employees with a merit salary increase for 2015-16. Increases will be effective on the date of ratification and calculated from the employee’s base salary on September 30, 2015.
B. The base salary increase amount will be based on the overall performance rating on the 2015 performance evaluation. Eligible employees with an overall Meets (Achieves) will receive $1,400 base salary increase; eligible employees with an overall Exceeds rating will receive a $3,150 base salary increase; and eligible employees with an overall Outstanding rating will receive a $5,000 base salary increase.
C. In order to be eligible for this 2015-2016 FAU BOT Salary Increase, employees must:
(1) have been continuously employed at FAU since March 1, 2015;
(2) have received an overall evaluation rating of Meets (Achieves), Exceeds, or Outstanding on the 2015 evaluation; and
(3) have not received any disciplinary action during the twelve months immediately preceding the effective date.
