Common use of Pay Schedules Clause in Contracts

Pay Schedules. In accordance with the November 29, 2012 Agreement between the parties, the annual salary calculation (regular pay) shall be based on the hourly rate multiplied by 261 days. Full time work week = 37.5 hours/week = 1957.5 hours/annually or 81.56 hours per pay period. Full time work week = 40 hours/week = 2088 hours/annually or 87.00 hours per pay period.
