Payment During Absence on Medical Grounds. (a) Where the Executive is at any time incapacitated from performing his duties for a period in excess of six months, where such incapacity is due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstance, the Company may discontinue payment in whole or in part of the Executive's salary until such time as the incapacity shall cease or the Executive's employment is terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
