Medical Checks. The company has the right to request an employee to undergo a medical examination before commencement of employment. All costs of such to be paid by the company.
Medical Checks. The employee may be required to periodically report to a City- selected and paid for doctor.
Medical Checks. 17.1. The Company at all times reserves the right to direct you, at the Company’s expense to undergo a medical examination from a medical practitioner nominated by the Company and reasonably agreed to by the Employee, where the Company has reasonable cause to suspect a medical condition that may compromise the performance of your duties or fitness to work, or the Company’s legal obligations under any legislation or at Common Law.
Medical Checks. The employee shall be entitled to have medical checks once a year at ATL’s invitation and at ATL’s expense, within the framework of the survey checks at Sheba Hospital at Tel HaShomer.
Medical Checks. All employees are required to pass a medical check by the Department of Labour Medical Unit. The employer is required to pay for this medical check.
Medical Checks. An employee who drives or operates road equipment or other plant and equipment will be required to undertake an annual medical check by a medical service provider approved by employer during working hours. In the event that an employee has a serious medical problem that prevents them from working in their present position, Xxxxxx will endeavour to find suitable alternative duties. However, Xxxxxx is not bound to continue employment if suitable productive work is not available.
Medical Checks. (a) All new employees shall be required to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug check before commencing employment with the Company; the Company shall pay for such examination and nominate the medical practice to undertake the examination.
(b) Existing employees shall undergo a medical examination, which shall include an annual blood test, at the Company expense at least once every two year's during their employment, for the purposes of ensuring exposure to work place hazards have not adversely affected employees’ health. Employees who work routinely or for prolonged periods on a client site, which due to the nature of the work or the work environment have been required to adopt more stringent health testing protocols shall be tested in line with that sites health protocol requirements
(c) For the purpose of ensuring its workplace policy and procedures relating to alcohol and drugs are being adhered to, the Company will require employees to undergo random medical examinations.
Medical Checks. It is recognised by the Company and the Union that the regular health screenings will assist in monitoring, maintaining and/or improving the health and welfare of Employees. The Company accepts that work in the demolition and asbestos industry is hazardous and particularly obligations exist so as to safeguard the health of Employees.
Medical Checks. Where the Company requires Employees to undertake medical checks during a term of employment or requiring persons seeking employment to undertake a medical check as part of an interview process, the Company shall cover the medical costs incurred by the employee or persons seeking employment.

It is recognised by the Company and Employee representatives that regular health screenings will assist in monitoring, maintaining and/or improving the health and welfare of Employees. The Company accepts that work in the demolition and asbestos industry is hazardous and particularly obligations exist so as to safeguard the health of Employees. The Workers Heath Centre (WHC) or other agreed service will be used for medical screening of Employees. Included in this medical screening will be a lung function test. The cost of this screening will be met by the Company. The Company will organise an annual health screening for all Employees with more than 12 months service with the WHC or other agreed service. All existing and future Employees will undergo a lung function test. APPENDIX A
