PAYMENT FOR ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS. 9.1 All time spent in attendance at Joint Committee meetings or in activities relating to the function of the Joint Committee shall be paid at the member’s regular or premium rate of pay, as appropriate, and the time spent shall be considered as time at work.
