Common use of Payment for Holidays Clause in Contracts

Payment for Holidays. (a) An Employee who is required to work on any of the above named holidays will receive pay at the rate of time and one-half (1½) the Employee's regular hourly rate for every hour worked on such day, in addition to pay for the holiday.
