Payment for Mid Shift Meal. An employee whose job duties do not normally require him to travel each day but who is assigned to work outside of his permanent headquarters area will be entitled to a $6.50 meal payment unless he is given notice of this assignment on his previous shift. An employee who is expected to travel while performing his job duties will not be entitled to the meal payment when he returns to his permanent headquarters area each day.
