Payment For Normal Hours of Work on Rest Day. The Bank may require an employee to work on a Rest Day. An employee who is required to work on a Rest Day shall be paid the following during Normal Hours of Work: (a) Work which does not exceed half (½) the Normal Hours of Work, half (½) the Ordinary Rate of Pay; and (b) Work which exceeds half (½) the Normal Hours of Work but which does not exceed the Normal Hours of Work, one (1) day's Ordinary Rate of Pay.
