Payment of Accumulated Sick Leave. 6.1. All employees hired prior to August 1, 2017 who accumulate the maximum hours of unused sick leave listed below shall be entitled to payment for additional unused sick leave as described in Section 6.111below. • Full-time employees: balances over 600 hours • Part-time employees o .75 to .99 FTE balances over 450 hours o .50 to .7499 FTE balances over 300 hours
