Payment of Franchise Fee. The Company shall pay the franchise fee amount, billed to each Consumer, to the Municipality on a monthly basis, within forty-five (45) days after billing each retailer.

Payment of Franchise Fee. For any period of time that a Franchise Fee is due to the Grantor, as outlined in Article II, Sections 10(A) (Franchise Fee) and 10(C) (Opt-Out Application-Franchise Fee; Limitations on Transitions) of this Franchise Agreement, the Franchise Fee shall be payable as follows:
Payment of Franchise Fee. Payments due the City under this Section shall be computed quarterly, for the preceding calendar quarter. Each quarterly payment shall be due and payable no later than forty-five (45) days after the applicable computation date. Each payment shall be accompanied by a financial statement showing in detail the Gross Revenues of the Franchisee relating to the relevant calendar quarter as well as any other report required by Chapter 5.12.
Payment of Franchise Fee. Grantee shall pay the Franchise Fee on or before each April 30, July 31, October 31, and January 31 of the term of this Franchise Agreement. Each such quarterly payment shall be for the calendar quarter immediately preceding the payment date. Payments shall be transmitted by electronic funds transfer to a bank account designated by Grantor. Along with each quarterly payment, Grantee shall provide Grantor a written report setting forth in reasonable detail the basis for Xxxxxxx’s calculation of the payment.
Payment of Franchise Fee. The franchise fee in the sum of $500,000.00 is due and payable to RPMG irrespective of Golden Grain’s Continuation as a member of or using the marketing services of RPMG.
