Payment of Good Friday for Fixed-term Employees. (a) An employee who is employed on a fixed-term contract of at least six (6) weeks during Term one and whose contract ceases on the day before Good Friday and who is then re- employed for a contract commencing in the first week of Term two, shall be paid for Good Friday if they normally are rostered to work on a Friday. Such payment would be for their normal rostered hours.
