Common use of Payment of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Payment of Paid Personal/Carer’s Leave. (a) If an employee takes paid personal/xxxxx’s leave during a period, the personal/xxxxx’s leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary pay immediately before the period begins. (b) If an employee is working in two (2) different classifications, the personal/carer’s leave shall be paid at the relevant pay for the classification the employee would have been working on the day.
