Payment of Personal Days. The employee who has not used all of the personal days to which he is entitled during a calendar year receives, during the month of January of the following year, the payment of the equivalent of his unused personal days at his regular hourly rate applicable on December 31st of the preceding year. This review will be conducted by the fifteenth (15th) day of January, April, July and October, and will calculate average daily hours worked, excluding overtime hours, during the previous quarter. The average daily hours figure thus achieved will be used for all personal days paid out in the following quarter.
