Payment of Remuneration and Deductions. 2.2.1 Remuneration shall be paid: Weekly Fortnightly 2.2.2 Remuneration will be paid by direct credit to a bank account nominated by the Employee. 2.2.3 All remuneration plus any outstanding holiday pay due, less any authorised deductions, shall be paid with the next pay run following termination of this Agreement. 2.2.4 Following consultation with the Employee, the Employer may make deductions from the Employee’s remuneration for: (a) Monies owing in respect of accounts paid by the Employer on behalf of the Employee including, but not limited to, private toll calls, power and charge accounts. (b) Monies to repair or replace damage or loss to the Employer’s equipment, caused by wilful or careless action or inaction, misuse, or abuse. (c) Any overpayments of wages made by the Employer, where deductions arising from such circumstances and occurring in one pay period may be made from subsequent pay periods. (d) Those authorised by the Employee. (e) Those provided for under another Act. (f) Those ordered by the Courts. (g) Time lost by the Employee due to employment default, sickness, accident (where no special leave has been approved), absence at own request. (h) Wages or other monies paid in advance. (i) Unreturned goods, overalls, equipment, tools, stock or other legitimate debt owing by the Employee to the Employer. (j) Other legitimate debt owing by the Employee to he Employer. 2.2.5 In the event of termination of employment, the Employee agrees that deductions from his/her final pay may be made for any of those specified above. The Employer will give the Employee notice of this prior to any deduction being made.

Payment of Remuneration and Deductions. The Director’s remuneration is payable by the Producer directly to the Director, less the deductions authorized by law and by this Agreement. The Director authorizes the Producer to make all deductions at source permitted by law and to remit such funds to the Guild in accordance with Article 20 hereof. Should the Director request it in a signed, written document, the Producer shall send the remuneration payments to the Guild for the Director’s benefit.
Payment of Remuneration and Deductions. 41.1. Employees’ shall be paid in fortnightly instalments on a day determined by WNRE and advised to the employees. 41.2. All remuneration shall be paid into accounts, with a bank, building society or credit union, as nominated by the employee. 41.3. All increases to the rates in this agreement in accordance with clause 30.6 shall be applied to the annual amounts and the calculation of an employee’s fortnightly rate will be the per annum rate multiplied by 12 and divided by 313 and the hourly rate is the fortnightly rate divided by 76. 41.4. Any payments due shall be up to 2400 hours on the last day of the relevant pay period. That is, any payments for time which goes beyond the end of one pay period shall be attributed to and paid in the following pay period. 41.5. Unless specifically provided for elsewhere in this agreement, hourly based payments shall be calculated to the nearest 15 minutes. 41.6. In addition to any statutory deductions that WNRE may be required to make, WNRE may make such other payroll deductions, (periodic or ad hoc) as authorised in writing by an employee, and remit such monies direct to the organisation(s) nominated by the employee. 41.6.1. WNRE provide this facility as a benefit to employees and do not charge a fee for the provision of this service. 41.6.2. The extent to which this facility is provided is at the discretion of WNRE and it is not the intent of this clause to convey any obligation on WNRE to extend the range of organisations beyond those provided for at the time of this agreement coming into effect.

  • Payment of Salary Employee acknowledges and represents that the Company has paid all salary, wages, bonuses, accrued vacation, commissions and any and all other benefits due to Employee.

  • Payment of Salaries 5.5.1 Basis of Calculation The salaries of principals shall be paid fortnightly and the gross salary for a full pay period is calculated as 14/365ths of the annual salary rate. For broken periods the calculation is the number of days due multiplied by the annual rate and divided by 365. Gross salary comprises all salary and allowances (temporary and those paid on a regular basis).

  • Payment of Fees All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (or to the Issuing Lender, in the case of fees payable to it) for distribution, in the case of commitment fees and participation fees, to the Lenders entitled thereto. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
