Payment of Xxxxx and Allowances except Clause 27.2 (Pay on Temporary Assignment);
Payment of Xxxxx. Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Minister will contribute an amount by way of grant (the “Grant”) in the amount stated in the Approval Letter to the Eligible Applicant for the purposes of the Eligible Activity.

Payment of Xxxxx. MONEY CARD CHARGES TO MERCHANT. For accounting purposes, the monthly reconciliation period shall coincide with the period of each calendar month. No later than the tenth (10th) day of each such month, the University will provide to the Merchant a report of, and issue an ACH transfer to the Merchant in the amount due for all authorized Xxxxx Money Card transactions properly accepted and processed by the Merchant during the immediately proceeding month minus a commission of 4%. ACH transfers will be made to the account the Merchant has identified through the registration process.
