Payment On Saturdays. 14.5.1 When a Casual Employee works on Saturday, any hours performed in excess of thirty-eight (38) hours in the Working Week will be paid at the rate of Time and a Half for the first three (3) hours and Double Time thereafter. 14.5.2 If the first three (3) hours of time worked on a Saturday are the first three (3) hours exceeding the thirty eight (38) hours in the one Working Week, then those hours shall be paid at the Ordinary Time rate. 14.5.3 Except where a Casual Employee is working within the thirty-eight (38) hour Working Week, the Casual Employee will be entitled to a minimum of two (2) hours work or payment thereof.

  • Payment on non-Business Day If any payment by the Borrower under a Finance Document would otherwise fall due on a day which is not a Business Day: (a) the due date shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day; or (b) if the next succeeding Business Day falls in the next calendar month, the due date shall be brought forward to the immediately preceding Business Day, and interest shall be payable during any extension under paragraph (a) at the rate payable on the original due date.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
