Payment/ Rebate. The price adjustment will be paid, or rebated, upon approval of a contract adjustment to be prepared on a quarterly basis as applicable work is completed. Cumulative quarterly price adjustments amounting to less than $1,000 will be disregarded.

Payment/ Rebate. A predetermined amount will be included in the Schedule of Prices for Price Adjustment for Steel Cost Fluctuations to provide for the necessary adjustment in the cost of steel used in applicable construction work and for which adjustment is appropriate. Any and all adjustments for the increased or decreased cost of steel used during the course of the contract and applicable to the aforementioned items will be provided under this item.
Payment/ Rebate. Augmedix will invoice Customer for the Implementation Fees and the first month of Service Fees of its Authorized User(s) upon execution of a Service Order.   • EI REBATE 1. The employer shall remit monthly to the BCTF Salary Indemnity Fund the proportionate share of the employment insurance premium reduction set out in the Previous Local Agreement. Where the proportionate share is not expressed in the Previous Local Agreement, the employer shall remit monthly to the BCTF Salary Indemnity Fund an amount consistent with the past practice of the local parties. The amount remitted on behalf of any employee shall not be less than 5/12 of said reduction. 2. The employer shall calculate each employee’s share of the savings which have been remitted pursuant to Article B.4.1 above and include that amount as part of the employee’s taxable income on the yearly T4 slip.

  • Reimbursement Payments The Department shall, to the extent funds are available, reimburse the Grantee for eligible claims presented for payment if the Department determines the requirements for reimbursement have been met. Claims under this Contract can only be made for the period this Contract is in effect. Reimbursement programs include the following: 4.3.1. Title IV-E Federal Xxxxxx Care Program (Grant “E”). In accordance with the requirements detailed in the specific grant requirements, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee under Xxxxx E the maximum federal dollar share for the following: xxxxxx care maintenance claims for eligible juvenile probation children, dir ect administrative claims, and enhanced administrative claims. Upon review and approval of supporting documentation, the Department shall reimburse the Grantee as requests for reimbursement are presented for payment provided there is sufficient Title IV-E grant award authority against which to process presented claims and providing said funds are being reimbursed to the Department by Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS) via the interagency agreement. To be eligible for reimbursement, all costs must be reasonable, allowable, and properly allocated for support of the xxxxxx care program. A direct or enhanced administrative claim is not eligible for reimbursement if the basis of the claim has funding from any other federal source. 4.3.2. JJAEP Program (Grant "P"). Grantees eligible for reimbursements under Xxxxx X shall receive a share of the initial $1,500,000 distribution based on each Grantee's share of the total juvenile population for each school year for the current contract period. Additional funds will be distributed at a rate not to exceed $96 per eligible student attendance day for students who are required to be expelled pursuant to Chapter 37 of the Texas Education Code and who meet the Targeted Grant requirements. The Grantee will not be able to receive the additional funds until the initial amount allocated is earned at the rate of $86 per eligible student attendance day. Payments to the Grantee by the Department shall be limited to no more than 180 days of operation during each regular school year for the current contract period.

  • Contingent Payments (a) Following the Closing and as additional consideration for the Securities, Buyer shall make, or cause the Acquired Entities to make, to Sellers (subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 1.4) additional cash payments based on the performance of the Acquired Entities during each of the twelve month periods ending (i) December 31, 2006, (ii) December 31, 2007, (iii) December 31, 2008 and (iv) December 31, 2009 (each, a “Contingent Payment Period”). With respect to each Contingent Payment Period, Buyer shall make, or cause the Acquired Entities to make, to Sellers cash payments in an aggregate amount equal to the amount, if any, by which EBITDA during such Contingent Payment Period exceeds $8,000,000 (each such excess, if and to the extent earned for any such Contingent Payment Period, a “Contingent Payment”). The Contingent Payment, if any, for each Contingent Payment Period shall be paid by Buyer or (at Buyer’s direction) the Acquired Entities as follows: (A) Buyer or (at Buyer’s direction) the Acquired Entities shall pay to each Seller an amount equal to 50% of such Seller’s Pro Rata Share of such Contingent Payment in accordance with Section 1.4(b) below and (B) Buyer or (at Buyer’s direction) the Acquired Entities shall pay to each Seller an amount equal to 50% of such Seller’s Pro Rata Share of such Contingent Payment on April ___, 2012.   • Invoice Payment 3.1. The CUSTOMER shall pay all valid invoices submitted by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract. 3.2. In the event of a disputed invoice, the CUSTOMER shall make payment in respect of any undisputed amount in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract and return the invoice to the CONTRACTOR within ten (10) Working Days of receipt with a covering statement proposing amendments to the invoice and/or the reason for any non-payment. The CONTRACTOR shall respond within ten (10) Working Days of receipt of the returned invoice stating whether or not the CONTRACTOR accepts the CUSTOMER’s proposed amendments. If it does then the CONTRACTOR shall supply with the response a replacement valid invoice. If it does not then the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Clause 21 of this Contract.

  • Progress Payments 5.1.1 Based upon Applications for Payment submitted to the Architect by the Contractor and Certificates for Payment issued by the Architect, the Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Sum to the Contractor as provided below and elsewhere in the Contract Documents.
