Compensation for Unused Sick Leave 1. Employees who enter County service after July 1, 1979, shall not be eligible for compensation for any of their unused sick leave credits.
Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
Show-Up Compensation An employee who is scheduled for work and reports for work, except for situations addressed in Article 123--Inclement or Hazardous Conditions, and is released from work shall be paid the equivalent of two
Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses 11.8.1 Reimbursable Expenses are in addition to compensation for Basic, Supplemental, and Additional Services and include expenses incurred by the Architect and the Architect’s consultants directly related to the Project, as follows:
Calculation of Annual Leave Pay Annual leave shall be paid at the employee’s ordinary weekly wage rate for ordinary hours for the period of annual leave (excluding shift allowances and weekend payments but including leading hand allowance); plus an amount equal to 17.5% of the amount
Reimbursement of Eligible Costs To be eligible for reimbursement, the Engineer's costs must (1) be incurred in accordance with the terms of a valid work authorization; (2) be in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule; and (3) comply with cost principles set forth at 48 CFR Part 31, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 31). Satisfactory progress of work shall be maintained as a condition of payment.
Treatment of Unallowable Costs Previously Submitted for Payment Defendants further agree that within 90 days of the Effective Date of this Agreement they shall identify to applicable Medicare and TRICARE fiscal intermediaries, carriers, and/or contractors, and Medicaid and FEHBP fiscal agents, any Unallowable Costs (as defined in this Paragraph) included in payments previously sought from the United States, or any State Medicaid program, including, but not limited to, payments sought in any cost reports, cost statements, information reports, or payment requests already submitted by Defendants or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates, and shall request, and agree, that such cost reports, cost statements, information reports, or payment requests, even if already settled, be adjusted to account for the effect of the inclusion of the Unallowable Costs. Defendants agree that the United States, at a minimum, shall be entitled to recoup from Defendants any overpayment plus applicable interest and penalties as a result of the inclusion of such Unallowable Costs on previously-submitted cost reports, information reports, cost statements, or requests for payment. Any payments due after the adjustments have been made shall be paid to the United States pursuant to the direction of the Department of Justice and/or the affected agencies. The United States reserves its rights to disagree with any calculations submitted by Defendants or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates on the effect of inclusion of Unallowable Costs (as defined in this Paragraph) on Defendants or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates’ cost reports, cost statements, or information reports.
Vacation Earnings for Partial Years (a) (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month for which he/she earns ten (10) days' pay.
Pay for Unused Sick Leave Unused sick leave not to exceed 70 days will be paid at the rate of $50 per day when the teacher retires or leaves U.S.D. 506 employment, provided the teacher has a minimum of 10 years of service in U.S.D. 506. Article VI: Activity Ticket Each teacher of U.S.D. 506 shall be issued an activity ticket, which shall be honored at all regular school functions held within the district. Said ticket shall not be honored at basketball tournaments and special events. Said ticket shall be honored for employee, spouse, and children who have not yet graduated from high school. The Board of Education will have an expectation that those teachers in attendance at school functions will assume a reasonable amount of general supervision as needed.
HOLIDAY COMPENSATION FOR TIME WORKED 126. Employees required by their respective appointing officers to work on any of the above specified or substitute holidays, excepting Fridays observed as holidays in lieu of holidays falling on Saturday, shall be paid extra compensation of one additional day's pay at time- and-one-half the usual rate in the amount of 12 hours pay for 8 hours worked or a proportionate amount for less than 8 hours worked provided, however, that at the employee's request and with the approval of the appointing officer, an employee may be granted compensatory time off in lieu of paid overtime as provided for elsewhere in this contract. 127. Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.
