Retired Professional Employee Benefits. Professional employees who are retiring from USD 207 may choose to keep their District medical, dental, and/or vision insurance as a retiree as long as they were enrolled in these plans during their last year of employment with USD 207. If a Professional Employee chooses to keep their medical, dental, and/or vision coverages as a retiree, they are responsible for 100% of the premium cost and will need to provide payment to the District each month. A retiree may keep their medical coverage until they reach Medicare eligibility (age 65), at which time they will be removed for the District's medical insurance. A retiree may keep their dental and/or vision insurance indefinitely. If at any point a retiree drops any of their District sponsored insurance plans, they will not be able to re-enroll in these plans at a later date.

  • PART-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS Regular part time employees shall be provided the opportunity to purchase benefits of one of the plans described in Article XVII, Sections B and C at the Employer plan’s premium cost. The Employer will pay the Employer’s monthly share of the premium cost at a ratio proportionate to the employee’s part time condition of employment contingent upon receipt of the employee’s yearly share of the employee’s premium.

  • EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PROGRAM (i) During the TERM, the EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to participate in all formally established employee benefit, bonus, pension and profit-sharing plans and similar programs that are maintained by the EMPLOYERS from time to time, including programs in respect of group health, disability or life insurance, reimbursement of membership fees in civic, social and professional organizations and all employee benefit plans or programs hereafter adopted in writing by the Boards of Directors of the EMPLOYERS, for which senior management personnel are eligible, including any employee stock ownership plan, stock option plan or other stock benefit plan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "BENEFIT PLANS"). Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the EMPLOYERS may discontinue or terminate at any time any such BENEFIT PLANS, now existing or hereafter adopted, to the extent permitted by the terms of such plans and shall not be required to compensate the EMPLOYEE for such discontinuance or termination.

  • Health Benefit Plan Par. 1. The Health Benefit Plan covering life insurance, sickness and accident benefits, and hospitalization insurance, or any changes thereto that are in accordance with the National Elevator Industry Health Benefit Plan and Declaration of Trust, shall be a part of this Agreement and adopted by all parties signatory thereto.

  • Post Retirement Health Care Benefit Employees who separate from State service and who, at the time of separation are insurance eligible and entitled to immediately receive an annuity under a State retirement program, shall be entitled to a contribution of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to the Minnesota State Retirement System’s (MSRS) Health Care Savings Plan. Employees who have a HCSP waiver on file shall receive a two hundred fifty dollars ($250) cash payment. If the employee separates due to death, the two hundred fifty dollars ($250) is paid in cash, not to the HCSP. An employee who becomes totally and permanently disabled on or after January 1, 2008, who receives a State disability benefit, and is eligible for a deferred annuity under a State retirement program is also eligible for the two hundred fifty dollar ($250) contribution to the MSRS Health Care Savings Plan. Employees are eligible for this benefit only once.

  • Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. The extended health lifetime maximum will be $1,000,000.
