Payroll Authorization. In the event that the Key Person does not make an arrangement acceptable to the Company to pay to the Company the tax withholding obligation due upon vesting of an RSU or in the event that the Key Person does not pay the entire tax withholding obligation due upon vesting of an RSU, the Key Person authorizes the Company to collect the amount due through a payroll withholding or to direct a broker to sell a sufficient number of the Key Person’s shares of common stock of the Company to satisfy such obligation (and any related brokerage fees) and to remit to the Company from the proceeds of sale the amount due. In the event that the Key Person pays more than the tax withholding obligation due upon vesting of an RSU, the Key Person authorizes the Company to return the excess payment through the Key Person’s payroll.

Payroll Authorization. Resident agrees that at the time of their termination from the program the University will withhold a sum from their final paycheck equal to the following: all unpaid personal accounts and fines, unreturned University keys, unreturned UT ID, or unreturned equipment.
Payroll Authorization. 1. Each classified employee will be given an annual payroll authorization, which authorizes the payroll department to place the designated employee on the payroll each year. All new employees will receive a payroll authorization form at the time of hire. Anyone who changes classification will receive a new classification form. 2. The payroll authorization provides each employee with information regarding placement on the prevailing salary schedule, wage rate, method of payment, as well as the daily and annual work schedule. It is understood that the payroll authorization is not a guarantee of daily or annual work.
Payroll Authorization. The term “Payroll Authorization” means the payroll deduction authorization which each Eligible Associate must complete and submit pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof in order to participate in the Plan.

Payroll Authorization. Provider will use reasonable efforts to verify that anyone providing an instruction to approve, release, cancel, or amend the Entry Information used to create Entries (each, a “Payment Order”) to be originated by Provider is either User, an Authorized User, or an authorized representative. Provider does not verify or review Payment Orders for the purpose of detecting any errors; it is User’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of Payment Orders. User will be bound by any Payment Order that is received by Provider in compliance with this designated authorization procedure, and User shall indemnify and hold Provider and the other Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any Claims arising from the execution of a Payment Order in good faith and in compliance with such procedures. If a Payment Order describes the payee inconsistently by name and account number, (i) payment may be made on the basis of the account number even if User identifies a person different from the named payee; or (ii) Provider may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept or may return the Payment Order. If a Payment Order describes a participating financial institution inconsistently by name and identification number, the identification number may be relied upon as the proper identification of the financial institution. If a Payment Order identifies a non-existent or unidentifiable person or account as the payee or the payee’s account, Provider may, in its sole discretion, refuse to accept or may return the Payment Order.
