Payroll Deduction of Fair Share Fee. The BOARD shall deduct from the pay of employees of the bargaining unit who are obligated to do so pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.02 but who elect not to become or to remain members of the BCEA, a fair share fee for BCEA's representation of such non-members during the term of this AGREEMENT.
