The chair and other faculty of a department may develop a procedure for peers to evaluate the performance of faculty members, consistent with other provisions of this Agreement. This procedure shall be approved by the chair and other faculty and included in the department bylaws. The procedure shall identify how departmental faculty will be involved in the process, how the faculty member will receive feedback on the peer evaluation, and whether the evaluation will be included in the faculty member’s official evaluation file.
