Peer Review Committee. ‌ A “Peer Review Committee” is a Committee of three (3) year round Terminal Supervisors selected by management, established to provide mentoring and training to the employees covered under this Agreement, and shall be utilized by management as a tool to enhance performance and job development prior to disciplinary action, except in cases of WSDOT Ferries Division Code of Conduct violations.
