PERFORMANCE AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURES. 4.7.1 Commitment to Procedural Fairness, Natural Justice and Communication 4.7.1(a) The parties recognise the mutual benefit in having a process for managing an employee’s performance or conduct. 4.7.1 (b) The Longridge Retirement Village Hostel is committed to the principles of procedural fairness and natural justice in addressing performance issues or unsatisfactory performance or conduct that may give rise to disciplinary consequences. 4.7.1 (c) As part of this commitment, the Longridge Retirement Village Hostel will adhere to the performance and disciplinary procedures outlined in this clause. 4.7.1 (d) For the purposes of transparency, the Longridge Retirement Village Hostel will clearly communicate the performance and disciplinary procedures outlined in this clause to all employees.
