(a) A Plan may include the right to use a certain amount of a Service during a certain period. eg An Internet Plan might let you download 100 gigabytes of data each month at no extra cost. eg A local call Plan might let you make 50 local calls each month at no extra cost. We call these Periodic Entitlements.

Peak & Off-peak A Plan may specify certain days and/or times as Peak or Off-peak. Within Peak and Off Peak, different Charges, entitlements or terms may apply. For a Prepaid Plan: • Prepayments are not redeemable for cash or other credit.
Periodic Entitlements. (a) If your Plan or Application Form states that you are required to pay a Monthly Access Fee you may receive Message Credits equal to the value stated in your Plan or Application Form, which may be redeemed by you against Message Fees incurred during that month. We call these Periodic Entitlements.

Plan means a particular set of features, entitlements, Term, Charges and special conditions in connection with a Service, and can include any downgrade in the type of Plan you have selected as long as this downgrade is agreed to by us within the Term.
