Common use of Permanent Full-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Permanent Full-Time Employee. A permanent full-time employee is defined as an employee who is employed in a permanent full- time position and who is normally scheduled to work thirty-two and one-half (32.5) or more hours per week.
