  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES 56.01 For the purpose of this Article:

  • Transition Review Period A. The Employer will require employees to complete a six (6) month transition review period when the employees accept a layoff option to a job classification in which they have not held permanent status or have been appointed from a layoff list. The Employer may extend the transition review period for an individual employee as long as the extension does not cause the total period to exceed twelve (12) months.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS A. An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of his/her official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the office in which records are housed is open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department, office, or bureau.

  • Contents of Personnel File A. Adverse statements prepared by the County shall not be included in an employee's official personnel file unless a copy is provided to the employee.

  • Personnel File (a) An employee, or the President of the Union (or the President's designate) with the written authority of the employee, shall be entitled to review an employee's personnel file, in the office in which the file is normally kept. The employee or the President, as the case may be, shall give the Employer adequate notice prior to having access to such files.

  • Employee Lists (A) Upon request of the Union on no more than a quarterly basis, the state will provide it with personnel data from the state personnel database (People First). These data will include employees’ names, home addresses, work locations, classification titles, and other data elements as identified by the Union that are not confidential under state law. This information will be prepared on the basis of the latest information available in the database at the time of the request.

  • Personnel File Review a. A unit member has the right upon his/her own request to review the contents of his/her personnel file. The review will be conducted in the presence of the administrator, or his/her designee, responsible for the safekeeping of such file. The employee may have a committee person assist in said review. Such review shall be conducted at a mutually agreeable time. A copy of requested material will be provided.
