Permit Duration. (a) Unless the Village Administrative Authority otherwise stipulates, an approved permit shall be valid for a period of eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance and all work must be completed prior to the expiration date of the permit. The Village Administrative Authority may extend the expiration date of the permit upon finding that such an extension will not cause an increase in erosion, sedimentation, or runoff. The Village Administrative Authority may further modify the plan if necessary to prevent any increase in sedimentation, erosion, or runoff resulting from any extension;
(b) Permit time extension requests must be made in writing and received by the Zoning Administrator at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the permit. A request for a permit time extension shall include a statement explaining the need for a time extension and specify any necessary changes to the plan;
Permit Duration. Permits issued under this subsection shall be valid from the date of issuance through the date the Village notifies the responsible party that all storm water management practices have passed the final inspection required under sub. (4)(d).

Permit Duration. This Certificate of Inclusion may be extended if the Department’s Permit is renewed and that renewal allows for such extension.

Permit Duration. This permit will expire if work authorized by this permit is not commenced within 180 days of the date of the permit issuance, or if the work is suspended or abandoned at any time after the work is commenced for a period of 180 days. This permit may be revoked if the work is not in conformance with all laws, rules and regulations of the city of Enumclaw. The duty to ensure code conformance rests with the builder, developer or the property owner, not the city of Enumclaw.
Permit Duration. If the work authorized by a permit issued under this section has not been commenced within one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of issuance, the permit shall become null and void, unless otherwise noted in this article. If the work authorized by a permit issued under this ordinance has been commenced but is not completed within thirty (30) days after the date of commencement of the work, the permit shall become null and void and any portion of the sign erected must be removed and the site restored to the condition existing prior to the commencement of the work; it may be the case that the building official shall grant an extension of the permit period if the applicant shows good cause outside of the applicant's reasonable control for the delay in completion of the work, and the applicant pays a new permit fee.
