Permit Renewal. When a landing permit expires, DD Forms 2401 and 2400 must be resub- mitted for continued use of Air Force airfields. NOTE: Corporations must resubmit the DD Form 2402 every five years.
Permit Renewal. Upon agreement of the Parties and in compliance with all applicable laws, the USFWS may extend the Permit beyond the initial term under the applicable regulations in force on the date of such extension. If the Plan Permittees desire to extend the Permit, they will so notify the USFWS at least four (4) months before the then-current term is scheduled to expire. Extension of the Permit constitutes extension of the SSHCP and this Agreement for the same amount of time, subject to any modifications agreed to by the Parties at the time of extension.
Permit Renewal. The Permit may be extended or renewed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in force at the time such action is initiated.
Permit Renewal. The Customer accepts all obligations to remit timely payment to renew the permit. If the City does not receive payment before the Expiration Date, the permit will be released after the Expiration date to the next buyer on a first-come first-served basis. The City maintains the right to increase the price of the permit by giving written notice prior to the Expiration Date.
Permit Renewal. Between sixty (60) days and thirty (30) days prior to the Permit expiration, Operator may apply to renew their Permit by submitting a completed Shared Mobility Device Permit Application.
Permit Renewal. When the ITP expires or when all authorized take has occurred, Permittee may apply for an extension or renewal of the ITP. If a written request for ITP renewal is on file with the issuing USFWS office at least 30 days prior to the permit’s expiration, the ITP will remain valid while the renewal is being processed (50 C.F.R. § 13.22). Renewal of the ITP constitutes extension of the HCP and this IA for the same amount of time, subject to any amendments that the Service may require at the time of renewal.
Permit Renewal. The Permit may be renewed in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, and specifically those administered under the ESA and the Service’s permit regulations (see 50 CFR 13.22). A Permit renewal request needs to be in writing at least 30 days prior to the permit’s expiration, certify that all statements and information in the original application are still correct or include a list of changes.
Permit Renewal. Permittee acknowledges that it has no right of any kind to continue using or occupying the Property after the expiration or earlier termination of the Term. Not less than 3 months before the expiration of the Term, Permittee may apply to City for a renewal of this Permit in the manner that a person then would apply for a new permit to use the Property. In response to a timely application, the Council will determine whether to renew this Agreement, and the term of any renewal, at its sole discretion. The Council is under no obligation to renew this Agreement, or to renew this Agreement for the term that Permittee requests. If the Council does not grant a timely renewal of this Agreement, Tenant shall prepare to surrender possession of the Property as required by Section 3.03, and dispose of improvements on the Property as required by Section 5.05.
Permit Renewal. The City hereby acknowledges receipt of the annual permit fee in the amount of $2,500.00, and the annual negotiated lease fee in the amount of $24,647.00 and agrees to renew the Xxxxx Xxxx Lease Agreement and Public Place Use Permit until December 31, 2020 as provided for in Chapter 17.77 CHMC as it now exists or is hereafter amended.
Permit Renewal. In June 2014, a NPDES (National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System) permit renewal application was filed with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PaDEP) listing the City and LCA as co-permittees. A draft permit was received from PaDEP; and on 7/24/2014, a joint response letter was submitted. On 10/2/2016, XxXXX responded and provided another draft permit for review. On 11/17/2016, a joint response letter was submitted. PaDEP has not replied. INSPECTIONS – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USCOE) conducted an inspection of the Allentown Federal Flood Risk Management Project along the Lehigh River on August 26, 2020. On 9/24/2020, PaDEP conducted a sewage compliance inspection of the KIWWTP executed by XxXXX’s Clean Water Program for NPDES and WQM (Water Quality Management) permitted wastewater facilities. No violations reported. Any information requested by XxXXX was provided.
