Permitted Structures. (a) Permitted structures on the Property include the following; (i) raised bed gardens; (ii) compost bins; (iii) worm farms; (iv) frames and trellises for climbing plants, provided they do not exceed 1.5m in height; (v) material used for frames will be at the Community Gardener’s expense and approved by Council beforehand. (vi) vines requiring height are to be planted in the middle of the plot to avoid overshadowing of adjacent plots; (vii) permanent fences are not permitted around plots. (b) Other common structures e.g. metal garden shed, in-ground irrigation system, seating, in- ground composting systems, rainwater tanks are subject to review and approval by Council.

Permitted Structures. 7.1 The parties agree that the Lessee may use the Toilets and Shed erected on the Leased Premises, subject to such terms and conditions as the Lessor may require. 7.2 The parties agree that a fence may be erected along the boundaries of the Leased Premises with an appropriate gate at the Lessee’s cost. The fence shall be in accordance with specifications, building materials and other requirements of the Lessor. 7.3 The Lessee agrees not to install or undertake work on any further structures on the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of the Lessor and, if such consent is obtained, only then in accordance with the conditions as set down by the Lessor.
Permitted Structures. All lots and building plots in said subdivision shall be known, described and used as residential lots only and shall not be used for any business, commercial or industrial purposes. No structure shall be erected placed or permitted to remain on any building lot other than One (1) single-family dwelling with a minimum attached two (2) car garage and/or one (1) detached structure of the same design and material as house. Permission prior to erection must be sought from the Council and its position approved

Permitted Structures. The following types of investment companies can register with the National Securities Commission; investment companies with only one class of participation shares and only one investment portfolio (simple investment companies), investment companies with multiple classes of participation quota where each one of said classes represents an interest in one distinct investment portfolio (umbrella investment companies), investment companies with multiple classes of participation quota, each class having different arrangements in terms of payment of commissions and marketing costs, redemption and administrative services (multiple class investment companies), investment companies which in turn invest exclusively in another investment company (main fund nourished by other funds) or in other investment companies (a fund of funds), and any other structure which the Commission has not prohibited.
