Personal and Family Responsibility Leave. A permanent or Employees who have completed the probationary employee is period are entitled to up to five (5) days of unpaid leave in a calendar year, but only during each employment year to attend to the extent that employees’ health or for the employee to meet their family responsibilities to a family member. An employee wishing to take personal and family responsibility leave is necessary:must give the Company as much notice as reasonable and practicable in the circumstances. The Company may require the employee to provide reasonable verification of the necessity of the leave.
