Common use of PERSONAL AND PRIVATE LIFE Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL AND PRIVATE LIFE. (98) The private and personal life of any teacher is not within the appropriate concern or attention of the Board, subject only to Paragraphs 317e and 317f. No restriction shall be placed upon the freedom of a teacher to use his/her own time for gainful employment insofar as it does not interfere with satisfactory performance of his/her school duties and is not in conflict with the code of professional ethics recited in Paragraphs 301-304f hereof.
