Personal Automobile Allowance. A mileage allowance will be paid at a rate established by the Village Board, but not to exceed the tax deductible rate allowed by the IRS, the allowance will be paid to all employees required to use their personal vehicles for attending assignments, seminars, school or court, provided such attendance is job related and in the line of duty.

Personal Automobile Allowance. Each member of the Association shall be paid twenty-eight cents ($0.28) per mile for each mile driven when using his personal automobile for police or Village business when authorized to do so by the Chief of Police or his designee upon proof of Village identified minimum insurance levels. The parties understand that whenever possible, a Village owned police vehicle will be used to perform the duties of the Police Department, including court duty, and that personal automobiles will be used only when absolutely necessary and is pre-authorized by the Chief of Police or his designee.
Personal Automobile Allowance. Pharmacists authorized to use their personal automobile for Employer business will receive mileage allowance pay per mile in accordance with the Employer's prevailing organizational mileage allowance policy.

  • Automobile Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive with an automobile allowance in the amount of $1,000.00 per month to be allocated at the Executive’s discretion, or such other monthly amount designated by the Board, and that allowance shall be payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company’s general payroll practices.
